Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will not be able to make any changes or cancellations.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, delivery timelines are typically:
- Metro cities: 3–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–5 business days

We offer free shipping across India on all orders, including prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable locations in India.

What if I am unavailable when the reverse pickup is attempted?
Our courier partner will attempt reverse pickup twice.
If the pickup cannot be completed after two attempts, you may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Prepaid orders: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
COD orders: Refunds are issued as store credit.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@lastsummer.in.
Your email should include:
- Clear images of the product
- Images of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
- The invoice or order number
Our team will review the case and respond with the best possible resolution.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
